Project Overview
White & Sons was contracted to resurface the entire roadway and car parking infrastructure at Ferndown Industrial Estate. The project involved full-depth reconstruction of deteriorated sections, surface dressing of salvageable areas, and installation of new thermoplastic line marking throughout. Works were completed in phases over 6 weeks to maintain tenant access at all times. The project was delivered on time and under budget, with the estate management company praising our traffic management and minimal disruption approach.
